Crufts 2024: a paw-some event in Birmingham, UK

At the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, we stepped into the spotlight at Crufts, the world’s grandest dog show, with a special invitation from Mars, who like us believe in a future where packaging waste is a myth.
We showcased our refill station in front of 160,000 visitors and offered them and their furry friends a revolutionary way to shop for treats. Pet parents could try, trust, and take home a sample of James Wellbeloved in our reusable containers.
In just a couple days, we recorded more than 1000 transactions. Customers enthusiastically engaged, smoothly operating the purchase process, a testament to our user-friendly design.
Crufts provided a platform for us to not just showcase our system but to also receive invaluable feedback, which fuels our drive for continuous improvement.
